Hi, my name is Christine Skujins. I have 17 years of experience in the field of Occupational Therapy. I have worked in outpatient hand clinics, residential centers, brain injury rehabilitation centers, and most recently (past 15 years), I serve students in grades 2-12 through an Educational Service Center. I am licensed in the state of Ohio to practice OT and am FBI background checked. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Miami University and my Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Grand Valley State University. In my free time, I have interests that include traveling, going to my own children's sporting events (mostly cheer and baseball), playing with our 4 cats and watching my favorite NFL team, the Bengals. With Telethrive OT, I wanted to create a space where kids are given innovative therapy sessions and parents are given freedom to easily access services in a meaningful way. I'd love to help your child meet his or her therapy goals. Just like in traditional "in person" OT, you will have an evaluation, a treatment plan and continuous updates on progress. Treatment can include but is not limited to Korro AI movement exercises on a phone or ipad, customized visuals, fine motor exercises, checklists, and home exercise programs/ activities. Sessions are in the comfort of your home either before or after school/work hours and Saturdays by appointment only. We accept payment through credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA and will provide a superbill for you to submit through your own insurance if needed.
